The department has trained leading talents with global sense and morals in the 21st century, taking the lead in the management sector of domestic colleges.
The Department of Early Childhood Education provides programs specialized in the growth and development of children in order to train hands‐on teachers who can actively cope with the ever‐changing education environment. The campus kindergarten helps students successfully follow their dream as teachers.
To realize the happiness and welfare of all and to make society warmer and more democratic, the Department of Social Welfare trains professional social workers through programs of social welfare theories and efficient vocational skills.

To train professional human resources in the area of airline service and tourism, who will be the main axis of the future tourism industry, the department provides a systematic, global curriculum related to air travel service, foreign languages, and the cultural tourism industry through cutting‐edge infrastructure.
The curriculum focuses on cultivating expertise and abilities regarding police policies and providing practical experience through projects directly applicable to the industry so that the trainees can be ready for related major tasks in the country. The main bjective is to train talented human resources with police ethics, knowledge, practical skills, leadership and capabilities in the area of police and detective missions so that they can establish public order and enforce laws.
This department was founded in 2007 as the only department of professional officers in Busan, to train talented professional noncommissioned officers who will take the lead in the 21st century. Through academic exchange agreements with land forces, naval forces, air forces and the marine corps, the best teaching staff in the department has been training professional elite noncommissioned officers.
This department focuses on training experts in international relations equipped with foreign language skills and business capabilities required in the tourism industry. The systematic curriculum is designed to help students understand a wide range of cultures and cultivate communication skills using foreign languages.
